What if I have an in-house designer, or if I enjoy designing albums myself?

There's nothing wrong with that. However you should consider the benefits of outsourcing, which can come in useful sooner or later.

For example, by contracting out you can always expect the same quality and the same dedication to your job, no matter what: you don't have to worry about sick leave, vacation, urgent family needs or too many jobs to do at the same time.

We have the flexibility to process high volumes of work when needed, with no strings attached - you won't have us on the payroll when times get slow.

Do you design only weddings?

We can design any type of album. Apart from weddings (for all cultures!), we have designed albums for Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, families, babies, interior design, landscape photography, travel, fine art portraits, models, golf courses, birthdays, farewells...

Do you design only albums?

Albums are our specialty, but occasionally we are asked to design posters, postcards, brochures, etc. If you have any such project, you are welcome to submit the details for a quote.

Do you work only with photographers?

We work mostly with photographers. We also do higher-volume work for certain labs, album companies and other designers.

What geographical area do you serve?

We are based in Australia, but have no boundaries. We are set up to function as an online business and we can serve clients anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection. We have regular clients in Australia, Europe and the Americas.

How will you know what style of design is right for me?

The first time you order, you are encouraged to tell us, in words or by sending examples, what you like and don't like in your album design. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to customise the design to suit your needs.

Do you have style examples I can choose from?

This is what makes us different: you are not restricted to choose a standard style. You can request any style you can imagine, and we will create it for you. In our Styles page, we show an example of two completely different styles that can be produced using the same images. You may request one of these styles, or the other, or anything else. You are most welcome to provide your own style specifications and/or graphic examples of what you are looking for.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

Until we build a relationship and you see that you are consistently getting a design that you are pleased with, you should consider ordering the Total Satisfaction service. This gives you total peace of mind, since anything you don't like will be changed at no additional cost, as many times as necessary, until we get it right.

The more information we get from you at the beginning of the process, the closer we will be to hitting the mark the first time.

How do I place an order?

Please complete an online order form, and we will send you payment and FTP instructions.

What are your prices?

Since we work with different currencies, please enquire via email stating where you are located and we will reply with the rates that apply to you. We will also tell you if there are any specials open at the time.
